Are you a newly qualified enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher looking for a full-time role? Step Teachers are working with a fantastic school in Ilford in search of a Year 4 Teacher starting in September 2024. This 'Outstanding' Ofsted-rated school prides itself on the happiness and well-being of its students, they are confident in sharing a passion for learning and they are excited for an Early Career Teacher to establish themselves within the school with the support of a mentor and SLT.

Year 4 Teacher Role:

• Able to plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons.
• Maintain a well-organised classroom and ensure the safe use and storage of all equipment.
• Work effectively with other members of staff throughout the school.
• Ability to assess students, monitor their progress, and provide constructive feedback.
• Compliance with the schools’ policies and the reliable implementation of these.

 Year 4 Teacher Requirements:

• Hold Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
• Have strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
• Have recent experience as a Year 4 Teacher in a primary school is desirable.
• Have a good level of classroom and behaviour management.
