Calling all KS2 teachers looking for a position in Southam to start September!
Aspire People, a leading education recruitment agency, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Year 5/6 Teacher to join a vibrant primary school in Southam. This is a full-time position starting after the summer holidays, with full teaching responsibilities for the entire academic year.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Planning and preparing engaging and effective lesson plans.
Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing feedback and support where necessary.
Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and carers to support students' academic and personal development.
Participating in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2, preferably Year 5/6.
Strong behaviour management skills.
Ability to plan and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
