Key Responsibilities:
- Teach and inspire Year 5 students with innovative and engaging lessons.
- Lead and support the Year 5 teaching team, ensuring consistent and high-quality education across the Year Group.
- Develop and implement curriculum plans that promote creativity and critical thinking.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure every child reaches their full potential.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to enhance the educational experience.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven experience in primary education.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
