Young Shin Operator

Extrastaff are currently recruiting for a Elitron Operative for a well-established  company based in Enfield which will soon be moving to Bishop Stortford. This is a great opportunity for someone to progress within a busy environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate Young Shin die-cutting machines to produce high-quality products.
• Set up machines according to job specifications and customer requirements.
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality control.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform routine maintenance on machines.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines

Key Requirements

• Previous experience operating Young Shin or similar die-cutting machines preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Team player mentality with good communication skills.

Hours of work 

Days : 06:45am to 18:45pm. Monday, Tuesday, off Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Work Saturday & Sunday, Off Monday and Tuesday, work Wednesday, Thursday ,Friday. Also they get 30% extra on Sundays.

Nights : 19:00pm to 05:30am Monday to Thursday (overtime most weekends Friday, Saturday & Sunday Night)
