Empowering Learning is looking to recruit a teaching assistant at single form entry primary school in Bourne End starting ASAP. The role is a full time position (Monday- Friday, 8.30AM-3.30PM).
In your role as a primary school teaching assistant, you will take on a full-class support role. This will involve:
Supporting the class teacher with planning and preparation of lessons
Handing out lesson materials and overseeing group activities
Nurturing pupil development and managing pupil behaviour
Ensuring pupil safety and wellbeing
Providing additional 1:1 support for any pupil who requires itPrevious in-class experience and/ or a TA qualification is preferred, but not essential.

Salary: £80.00-£90.00 per day
