About the role
Grendon Underwood Combined School is looking to recruit an Learning Support Assistant and we asked the children what they felt was important to them. They said..... Can you support me to learn, will you listen to me, are you kind hearted, calm and patient, and like to play with us at lunchtimes?
This role is for an Learning Support Assistant to work within a teaching team to support children 1:1 or in small groups. If you feel able to make a difference to a child’s life, you will find this role incredibly rewarding and stimulating. You will be guided by inspirational and welcoming teaching teams and supported to deliver academic or nurture based interventions for children and will be on hand to help them with day to day tasks.
About you
Grendon Underwood Combined School is looking to recruit a teaching assistant who is hard working, flexible, dynamic and willing to learn. You will be energetic and passionate about developing positive relationships with both children and in the wider school community.
