SalaryOur rapidly growing client, is seeking an experienced C suite Executive Support Manager, who along with C suite EA support has also taken on the role of line manager for the wider pool of support staff (EAs,). A senior role, you will be providing full business support, priority to 2 C-suite members, aswell as assisting the wider board and arranging travel for the Chairman. Strong evidence of multi tasking with superb attention to detail and the ability to work at speed is essential.
Along with typical organisation support you will utilise your strong IT skills in preparing presentations, reports , working with excel. Familiar with business strategies, mindful of plans and working accordingly.
You will also mentor and manage the EA team including carrying out biannual reviews.
The role will also require your assistant wit events, overseeing and attending where necessary.
The successful candidate will have longevity of providing similar support, gained from fast paced, entrepreneurial minded companies.
Attitude and personality is key, confident, business savvy, a confident communicator at all levels, approachable, professional with a gsoh. Unflappable - nothing too much trouble but also confident in delegating.
Hybrid working model - 3 in the office, 2 days from home.
