1st Line IT Support Technician Stoke on Trent - GBP25,000 - GBP28,000
On behalf of our growing client based in Stoke on Trent, we are recruiting for a talented 1st Line IT Technician. As a 1st Line IT Technician, you will provide 1st Line IT support to all end-users and proactively resolve hardware and software issues from all incoming channels.
Responsibilities:- Provide efficient and professional 1st Line technical support to end-users.
- Manage and troubleshoot on-premise Microsoft-based systems, encompassing Windows Server, Active Directory, and Hyper-V.
- Handle Microsoft Office 365 tenancy admin tasks, including Exchange, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams, and Security.
- Collaborate with colleagues to implement and maintain IT infrastructure solutions.
- Ideally, 1-2 years of experience in an IT support role.
- Hands-on expertise in Active Directory and Azure administration.
- Knowledge of networking principles and protocols.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management tools.
- Familiarity with 3CX Voice over IP systems/technologies would be advantageous.
