As an IT Support Technician, you’ll be an integral part of the team and you’ll provide remote and on-site technical IT assistance to businesses throughout Staffordshire and Cheshire.
Other responsibilities include:
- Setting up, configuring and installing a variety of hardware and software.
- Ensuring security upgrades and antivirus installations are applied and kept up to date.
- Fault finding, troubleshooting and repairing hardware and software issues.
What you’ll need:
- Previous experience within a similar Desktop Support Technician / IT Support Engineer role
- A driving license with access to a vehicle as there will be occasional travel to clients' sites
- A positive, friendly and collaborative attitude with a willingness to ‘get stuck in’

- Salary: Up to £30,000
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 08:30am – 17:30pm
