The Desktop Support Engineer will be part of an established team, providing 1st and 2nd line end-user support for all software and hardware incidents, providing support to Oxford and Cambridge sites. We are looking someone who can put customer service at the forefront of everything they do. Please note this role needs someone to be onsite 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Triage and troubleshoot software, hardware and network issues in-person or remotely
- Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software
- Manage tickets through defined SLAs
- Assist in IT procurement and asset management
Skills and Experience
- MS365 administration
- InTune, Autopilot, Azure AD (Entra), Exchange Online
- Windows Server
- IT hardware install and configuration
- PowerShell
- Certificates in relevant IT courses
- Previous 2nd Line experience
- Fantastic customer service skills
- Holds driving license and have access to own car (there will be occasional travel to sites)
On Offer
Salary of up to GBP34,000 plus competitive benefits.
