Sellick Partnership are currently assisting in the recruitment of a 1st Line Support Analyst for an organisation in Middlesbrough on a hybrid basis. This is a temporary position for 6 months.

Responsibilities of the 1st Line Support Analyst include:

• Provide technical support and maintenance to all supported IT business users systems, hardware, and applications
• Provide both onsite and remote 1st Line support and configuration to a range of hardware devices
• Ensure timely resolution of requests in line with agreed SLAs,
• Ensure exceptional levels of customer service
• Support in a Microsoft / O365 based environment
• Occasionally assist with 2nd line
• Where possible provide 1st time fix resolution to any issues or problems

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience of 1st Line Support
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
• Strong focus on customer service a
