I've just gotten off a call with a Manufacturing company, based in Birmingham in need of a First Line Support Engineer.
Someone experienced with User Support for Windows and able to delegate and prioritising tickets to appropriate people, ideally experienced supporting Windows environments.
Reporting into the infrastructure Manager, you'll be working on Internal and External Software as well as internal hardware to ensure the manufacturing company are able to meet deadlines and provide service.
The role itself requires Windows experience, customer service orientated background and offers up to £30,000 with 5 day on site in Birmingham!
