This is an excellent Support Engineer / Application Support Engineer opportunity, working for a company with a growing reputation in their field. The 1st Line Support Engineer will have excellent all-round IT support skills, be a great communicator and be a problem solver. They will provide end user support for the company’s application.

The Support Engineer / Application Support Engineer will contribute to a supportive team environment, which rewards hard work and innovative thinking. The role is primarily remote, with one day a week from the company’s Lincoln office.

The Ideal candidate for the role will have some of the following:
Excellent all-round IT skills, with prior experience in an IT support position
Strong communication skills, with a great approach to customer service
A problem solving attitude is a must!
