Role: 1st/2nd Line Support Technician
Location: Bickenill, Birmingham
Salary: 25,000 - 35,000

This company are looking for a more advanced level IT Support Engineer around 2nd / 3rd Line who can be a mature influence on the rest of the team and help out with some of the more techy issues.

Responsibilities:
Work as an escalation point on the Service Desk
Provide remote support, client site visits will be very rare as this can be managed by more junior members of the team
Project work including Server upgrades, Server swaps etc
Day to Day Server management
