Internship Overview


Our Summer Internship Scheme is 4 weeks long and takes place in August 2024.

Our ESG Consultancy business has rapidly grown over the last few years. ESG knowledge and skills in the built environment have never been so important as our clients are facing huge challenges such as climate change, development pressures and pollution. Whether our clients are leasing, transacting, redeveloping or managing land and buildings, our ESG Consultancy teams provide expert guidance so our clients can manage risks and constraints, reduce carbon footprints, certify buildings and enhance sustainability and wellbeing.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable work experience in the field of ESG. Some of the things you would be able to work on may include; investigating and understanding sustainability issues or even responding to the various environmental, Social and Governance challenges our clients face.



Person Specifications/ Requirements:

  • A forward-thinking and enthusiastic individual with a passion for real estate & the built-environment
  • Self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and proactive with a positive attitude
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and good time management
  • Good MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • The successful candidate must, by the commencement of employment, have the right to work in the UK
  • Open to 1st or 2nd year undergraduates only

The Application Process

You will initially complete an application form along with your CV. From there we will send you a link to our online behavioural testing. Successful candidates from this will then be invited to an individual interview.
