Our client is a rapidly expanding IT managed service provider to businesses across the UK.
As a result of their ongoing success, they are currently looking to recruit an experiences 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer to join their highly successful team.
What you need:
- A "customer first" mentality
- Solid experience in 1st & 2nd line IT support.
- Exposure to a busy IT Service Desk, ideally in an MSP environment.
- Experience of working with Azure, AD, o365, Windows Server, VMWare/Hyper-V, Veeam & Networking (Switches, LAN/WAN/vLAN etc).
