2Nd Line It Support Engineer

My client is a leading international Engineering business looking to expand their Infrastructure Support team, providing 2nd LineIT Support to Windows Desktop and associated applications. You will be 2nd Line support on Servers and Application Services as well as providing escalation point for 1st Line Support team.

In addition the below skill sets...

• Perform Server and Infrastructure upgrades. (Servers, Networking Devices etc)
• Management of Domain Services such as AD, GPO, DHCP, DNS
• Management of Office 365 and MS Teams
• Management of Windows Server 2012 - 2022
• Management of Cisco Core Network Switches
