Overview

• Salary Ranging from £30,000 - £35,000
• Every other Friday off
• Swansea based
• Training provided including certifications.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK.
• Located within a commutable distance to Swansea.
• Full Clean UK Driving License.
• Strong Knowledge of Office 365.
• Strong Knowledge of Server Support.
• Experience within Microsoft Azure Services.
• Experience of leading a team of Engineers.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience.

Description

• Supervise and lead a team of engineers.
• Install and configure hardware and software systems.
• Responding to client and customer queries and providing technical support.
• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance and upgrades.
• Monitoring server performance and solving issues as they arise.
• Implementing and managing cloud based servers.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues.
• Responding to and escalating tickets.
• Carry out onsite assistance when required,
