- Throughout keeping accurate records and maintaining a knowledge base.
- Collaborating with the team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall support experience for clients.
- Participating in project work and providing input on technical solutions.
- Staying up-to-date with new technologies and industry updates ensures you can provide the best support possible.
- Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure that you can provide the best possible support and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Experience as a 2nd Line Support Engineer.
- At least one of the following certifications is preferred: MCITP, MCP, A+, N+, Apple
- Experience with:
- TCP/IP and troubleshooting internet connectivity.
- Routers and SonicWALL, DrayTek firewalls.
- Network switching
- Terminal Services & Citrix.
- Server hardware technologies.
- Data backup and recovery support.
- Understanding of DNS services.
- Wireless technologies.
- Strong knowledge of server operating systems
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac troubleshooting and configuration
- Ideally, knowledge of networking and firewalls
- Must be London-based.
- We highly value previous experience in an MSP (Managed Service Provider) environment.
- GBP32,000 - GBP35,000 base salary
- Monthly agreement efficiency bonus (up to 20% of salary).
