2Nd Line It Technician

Your new company
This MSP are looking for an enthusiastic 2nd Line IT Technician to join their team based in Lancaster. This organisation provides IT Solutions to businesses both nationally and internationally, from many different sectors and industries.
Your new role
In this role you will provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support to both service users remotely and in-person. You will document and maintain IT procedures whilst complying with company policies and delivering excellent customer service throughout.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will need to have at least 2 years experience in a 2nd Line / similar role, you will have strong knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols and be proficient in operating systems such as Windows. You will need to be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows and Networking.
