Lioness Recruitment – Careers handled with care. An established organisation are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Second Line Support Analyst to join their growing ICT team and assist with systems support, upgrades and up-coming projects. This is an 18 months fixed term salaried role.
Your daily responsibilities will include providing first and second Line Support to all customers and stakeholders across a range of issues such as technical problems, on-boarding of new customers, solution-specific queries and change requests, and other general queries.
Essential experience:
- Demonstrable second Line Support experience
- Practical experience with a range of Microsoft technologies including Windows 7, 8, 10 & 11 operating systems and Office 365
- Exchange Online, Active Directory
- Troubleshooting multiple types of hardware including Desktop PCs, Laptops, Tablets, Mobiles (Android, iOS etc), LAN/WAN and general networking principles
