An established organisation are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Second Line Support Analyst to join their growing ICT team and assist with systems support, upgrades and up-coming projects. This is an 18 months fixed term salaried role.
Your daily responsibilities will include providing first and second Line Support to all customers and stakeholders across a range of issues such as technical problems, on-boarding of new customers, solution-specific queries and change requests, and other general queries.
Essential experience:
- Demonstrable second Line Support experience
- Practical experience with a range of Microsoft technologies including Windows 7, 8, 10 & 11 operating systems and Office 365
- Exchange Online, Active Directory
- Troubleshooting multiple types of hardware including Desktop PCs, Laptops, Tablets, Mobiles (Android, iOS etc), LAN/WAN and general networking principles
