The salary for this position is £28,000 - £35,000 per annum and is in North Bristol.

Key Responsibilities of a 2nd Line Technical Analyst:
- Supporting clients via the support system, ensuring the ticketing process is followed and the client is kept informed
- Diagnosing of support cases with the help and support of the rest of the team
- Maintaining client networks using the proactive support tools
- Managing new workstation builds and user setups
- Engaging in technical projects, including meeting clients and delivering onsite time with the team
- Working with the team to implement policy and procedure
- Managing client documentation
- Helping train and develop junior team members
Key Skills and Experience of a 2nd Line Technical Analyst:
- You should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in 1st/2nd Line support
- Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills is required
- Office 365 administration and troubleshooting skills is required
- You need to be professional, with a friendly and approachable manner
- Network and Firewall knowledge and troubleshooting is required
