2nd/3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer

Permanent - Salary up to £42,500 + Benefits including bonus

Predominantly on site in Bracknell

Must be eligible for security clearance - potential bonus if already held

A long term client of ours is currently offering an opportunity to an individual with a strong background in second Line Infrastructure support looking to take the next step towards 3rd line.

The position will sit between the 2nd and 3rd line teams and will act as a half way house, supporting the 2nd line as an escalation point or delivering more detailed explanations of issues to allow the 3rd line to be more effective.

This would offer a direct promotion route to 3rd Line Engineer, and would allow you to pick up knowledge from the team currently in place while dealing with more complex project work/issues.

Technology wise, this client is Windows based and would be looking for someone with some knowledge of cisco networking.

We have the benefit of a one stage interview process due to our relationship with the client, so you could have a role secured with a relatively fast turnaround.
