In this role the 3rd Line IT Support, Network Engineer you'll be splitting your time 50/50 in the office and out with customers. You'll be dealing with tickets that come through from across the island, you will then go out to fix these problems, then installing preventative measures whilst creating a great customer experience.

The ideal 3rd Line IT Support, Network Engineer will have previous experience in the role and an in-depth knowledge of ticketing and providing a great service to customers. You'll have the ability to operate completely independently and have innovative problem solving abilities.
