The Directorate of Adult Community Services manages the Access and Information Centre to provide a single, centralised point of Access and a single access strategy for referrals to a range of social and health care services within the ACS Directorate. This will streamline how referrals are received and administered and ensure consistent operational procedures and practices are implemented. The postholder will be part of a dedicated team of non-professionally qualified staff within the centre.
