Asset & Maintenance services are responsible for ensuring that safety inspections are carried out in Sandwell Council owned properties.
The Access Team assists the Gas Administration & Compliance Manager and appropriate team with successful entry into dwellings that have failed to respond to all reasonable attempts at gaining access.
You will:
- Understand and take account of the contributions, experience, and background of others.
- Explore requirements and practical solution with customers.
- Work on own initiative.
- Achieve 100% compliance.
You must possess:
Proven experience in Housing/Repairs Management, together with experience of one or more of the following areas:
Estate management.
• Compliance
• Legislation
