We have an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to join our In-House Maintenance function as a Customer Liaison Officer.

Salary: £37,682 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent

The Role

This is a great role for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and ensuring our Tenant's properties remain places people are proud to call home.

This is a really exciting time to join the team as we set up our new In-House Maintenance Depot on Popes Lane, B69 4PN.

As a Customer Liaison Officer you will:

• Provide expert advice and support to Tenants in relation to disrepair works, including Damp & Mould.
• Liaise with customer to resolve no access issues and ensure we are able to enter properties to provide the necessary support and care.
• Resolve customer complaints and communicate with our tenants via a network of channels including over email, face to face and over the phone.
• Work with our tenants to develop action plans to mitigate the risk of disrepair works reoccuring.
• Collaborate with internal teams and management to monitor progress and provide detailed reports.

Our ideal candidate? We’re seeking a candidate who is passionate about delivering a brilliant customer service and has a strong foundation of knowledge in a maintenance setting. You’ll also have the following skills / experience:

• Experience working with customers in a face-to-face setting.
• A proven record of managing and resolving complaints.
• Experience or knowledge of maintenance and repairs, including but not limited to Damp & Mould.

Please note, the suitable candidate must be able to demonstrate their ability to regularly travel across the Midland Heart geography.
