My Client is a National Housing Contractor that is looking for a Customer Liaison Officer to join the team due to ongoing growth, in the West Midlands Area - Birmingham.
The Role:
- Provide consultation and support to residents prior to, during and after works to their homes, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage the customer/resident journey whilst following the company engagement procedures.
- To evolve effective working relationships with residents, clients, subcontractors, site-based personnel, local stakeholders, the local community and the Customer Care department.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience within customer service based role
- Basic understanding of social housing and construction.
- Awareness of GDPR regulations.
- Computer liberate in MS office.
