We work with purpose-driven clients and broadly focus on key areas including business for good, issues affecting the environment and clients within the built environment. At Higginson we work with a range of clients and as an Intern you will be working across several projects and assisting account managers where required.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include sell ins, press releases, briefing documents for public affairs, supporting Higginson events, social media and administrative tasks such as building and monitoring media lists and data bases.
On top of this, interns at Higginson will be expected to support our own social feeds and add value by coming up with creative ideas. We would also expect interns to support with new business, including researching and supporting on creating pitch decks.
What will the internship offer the student and what will they learn while they are with you? E.g. skills they could learn/develop and experience they could gain.
The successful intern can expect to gain exposure in brief writing, sell ins, drafting content, compiling press reports, campaign support, taking part in meetings and creating social media campaigns, drafting captions and copy.
