Job description

We are looking for an Account Co-ordinator for our Apprenticeship Service As an Apprenticeship Service Account Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service to our partner employers. You will offer comprehensive information, advice, and guidance to assist them in establishing and managing their Apprenticeship Service accounts effectively. Helping to maximise apprenticeship funding will be central to your role, achieved through a co-ordinated approach to apprenticeship enrolment and proactive management of training provider Apprenticeship Service accounts. As part of this role you will   Conduct regular online employer onboarding sessions, guiding them through the process of creating their Apprenticeship Service accounts and outlining their roles and responsibilities. Foster positive working relationships with delivery colleagues, offering support to resolve enrolment and on-program issues related to The Apprenticeship Service account. Monitor, track, and communicate progress on funding cohort creation for new enrolees to key internal stakeholders. Collaborate with the MIS Apprenticeships team to address data locks within the Apprenticeship Service account. Lead initial apprenticeship enrolments as we transition to electronic onboarding procedures, completing designated actions before passing to the curriculum lead for finalisation. Provide administrative team cover during peak periods or staff absences. Review enrolment paperwork to ensure compliance with audit requirements. Maintain up-to-date course information on the Apprenticeship Service platform. Interviews for this position will be held on Thursday 25th April In order to be successful in the role you will need Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably within an educational or apprenticeship setting. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Understanding of apprenticeship funding mechanisms and regulatory compliance is desirable. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when necessary. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workload demands.
