Account Director – London

We are now recruiting for an Account Director! You’ll be managing all of PPHE Groups Europe and UK accounts for the entertainment segment as part of our large Head Office Sales Team.

Your main responsibilities as our Account Director:

• Drive revenue from corporate and agent portfolio into PPHE Hotel Group to support the BTA, corporate group and M&E.
• Work with the agencies & drive strategic growth, agree on incentive targets.
• Implement Entertainment sales and business development strategy to proactively target all segments across film studios, music & record labels and the arts.
• Look after client entertaining to showcase PPHE Hotel Group; building links with key entertainment clients, partners and travel managers. The role will also involve international travel in order to develop key feeder markets; from within the UK, Europe & USA. This may include roadshows, sales calls and international travel trade fairs.
• Implement strategic sales actions plan
• Lead and grow customer relationships to increase the level of market share into our hotels.
• Responsible for a list of key accounts and agents and totally account manage in line with the Sales SOP and develop new opportunities
• Create and work daily with account plans that fully integrate all actions in line with hotel and account expectations in order to meet revenue and relationship growth targets
• Be fully conversant regarding account statistics, production figures, Hoteligence opportunities, any other competitor tool opportunities, market share, discretionary business, feeder market analysis, business patterns for all accounts managed.
• Build relationships with key account handlers within RHG
