Job description

Our valued client based on the Birmingham Business Park, are seeking TWO Customer Services Coordinator's to join their team on a temporary basis.

Pay rate for this position is £11.76 per hour. 

Hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

The Customer Services Coordinatorwill play a massive part of our client’s team, operating within a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibilities will include handling both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining accurate database records, and delivering first-class customer service to their clients.

The Customer Services Coordinator x2 MUST have experience in dealing with a high volume of INBOUND & OUTBOUND calls. They must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.

Customer Services Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently, providing timely and professional assistance.
  • Responsible for coordinating the day to day operations of different teams.
  • Input data accurately into Excel and other databases, ensuring information is up-to-date and organised.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations and building strong relationships.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while always maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

The ideal candidates for the Customer Services Coordinator will have the following:

  • Previous experience in a similar customer service role, preferably within an office or retail setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional telephone manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to input data accurately and produce reports.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients and candidates.
