As an Account Director at FMG, you'll hold a critical position within our Client Relationship team. Directly reporting to the Head of Insurer Solutions, you'll be entrusted with the proactive management of a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring not just satisfaction but exceeding their expectations.
Joining our dynamic organisation as our newest Account Director, you'll be an indispensable member of our Client Relationship team. In this role, you'll lead the strategic direction for a select group of high-value insurer/insurance broker clients, fostering robust relationships at both operational and strategic levels.
Under the guidance of the Head of Insurer Relations, you'll champion our commitment to delivering unparalleled standards for our clients. You'll also be instrumental in developing innovative solutions and driving account growth to meet financial targets, leveraging cross-selling opportunities for FMG's suite of products and services, and securing new fleets/policies.

About you
Our ideal candidate will have experience managing relationships within the automotive industry, specifically accident management, insurance, or repair and recovery.
- First and foremost, you are an experienced Account Director that can demonstrate a combination of a strong commercial background with a successful career within the automotive industry, specifically insurance.
- You have strong knowledge of the insurer and broker industry.
- You have experience in developing and retaining strong client relationships to support transactional growth and increased product penetration.
- You have experience of working closely with internal and external teams and able to work cross-functionally within the organisation.
