Job Title: Account Director – POS
Location: West Yorkshire + 1 day at London based client site
Salary: DOE
Our client is a leading producer of printed POS material. With an enviable high-profile client base, their ultimate goal is to provide a complete bespoke service.
They are currently in search of an experienced Account Director for Point of Sale Print. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a key client relationship, driving revenue growth and ensuring the successful execution of print projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the client
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the POS market
- Collaborate with internal teams, including design, commercial, sales and production to ensure client needs are met
- Lead strategic planning sessions with client to understand their objectives
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management
- Help develop and innovate new creative POS solutions and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Candidate Capabilities:
- 5 years Account Management within print/POS
- Proven ability to manage senior client relationships and drive revenue growth.
- Possess a strong understanding of print production processes and materials, with a focus on POS
- Have excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Be creative, innovative and dynamic with a forward thinking, can-do opportunity to tasks
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously
- Have a keen eye for detail and be a proficient problem solver
- Be a strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities.
