This ambitious telco specialises in full turnkey design, planning, and installation of high speed business full-fibre networks across central London. With a strong inclusive company culture, they are driven to bring highly motivated professionals who want to get into, or are already in the Telecoms/SaaS sector into their business. Their highly supportive culture breeds progression and development across all divisions and is in line with their growth plans to expand across the market. Now they are looking for two Account Director to join the Sales Team.
The ideal candidate(s) will have previous experience in a similar role either within Telco or SaaS, you will be able to demonstrate experience of selling within your specialist vertical, and to be equipped with potential clients from day one. You will be the expert in building relationships with stakeholders in the insurance industry, selling the benefits of the products and how they can solve their connectivity challenges. You will also be comfortable with mentoring more junior members of staff including Account Managers.

The Role:
*Building relationships with key stakeholders in the finance industry, showcasing the benefits of the products and how they can solve their connectivity challenges.
*Attend major conferences and networking events
*Work closely with marketing, network, CSM, and the build teams to maximise all sales opportunities
*Mentoring junior members of staff
The Person:
*Account Director
*Experience working for a Telco or SaaS company, with potential clients to bring over from previous experience.
*Track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets
*Competitive in nature but also collaborative within a team
*Happy to commute into Central London daily
