Elanders UK operates across 3 sites; in North Tyneside, Nottingham and Birmingham. We have an exciting new opportunity for an Account Executive to join our team in North Tyneside.

To deliver results based activity in support of the overall Elanders business goals, supporting customer growth, performance, quality and customer satisfaction.
What you will be doing......
To service key customers in their requirements with a view to maintaining and developing the business. To support the business functions from Sales to Production; enabling them to operate at an acceptable level of efficiency; and in overseeing jobs from estimating through to invoice, in a timely manner.
Key tasks are:-
- Manage customer accounts, order management, enquiries & queries
- Manage customer forecast data to manage stock and order demand
- Order processing and customer liaison / interaction
- Develop customer growth opportunities
- Manage new customer onboarding as applicable
- Ensure invoicing is completed accurately and on time as per agreed deadlines
- Cross functional working with teams in Operations, Sales & Finance
- Management of data and automated order systems
- Build & maintain relationships with customers
What skills you will need.......
- Demonstrable experience and results of working in a Print related Client / Customer Services environment
- Proven knowledge & experience of working with MIS systems & processes
- Competence with Microsoft Office package
- Attention to detail and an organised approach
- Ability to interact and coordinate activity between differing parties
- Can manage documentation and reporting
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbally & written, critically the job holder must be confident, able to communicate & engage effectively with (and to) people at all levels
- Excellent team working skills
- Display a positive attitude to problem solving and is willing to challenge the status quo
- Is tenacious in approach & resolute in delivering an outputs & results
- Has a belief that process, quality & adherence are key attributes

- Based at our North Tyneside Head Office
- Working within the brilliant Client Services team and reporting to the UK Client Services Manager
- 08.30 to 17.00 Monday to Thursday & 08.30 to 12.30 / 08.30 to 16.00 on alternate Friday‘s
- 26 days holiday + bank holidays
- Pension & Life assurance after a qualifying period
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
