Role purpose
As an Account Executive, 90% of your focus will be on winning and developing new client relationships within the UK and Europe, with the additional opportunity to grow revenue within some of our largest and most complex customers.
You will be driven to meet and exceed a sales plan, by effectively positioning Mimeo as the best solution and over time you will become a subject matter expert within your market vertical(s).
The successful candidate will be required to travel and meet clients face-to-face within the UK and Europe
Key Responsibilities
- Continually navigate customer engagements, maintain high “close rates”, and grow revenue quickly and profitably.
- Create, build, manage and expand client relationships through a value, solution and consultation based sales process.
- Achieve and maintain in-depth knowledge of Mimeo’s products and services.
- Apply consultative selling skills and technical acumen (specifically related to Mimeo’s products) to optimise your earnings and company revenue performance.
- Provide product demonstrations to prospective customers and sell the value/benefits of Mimeo solutions against anticipated or known client needs.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in German and English is a must.
- Self-motivated with a sales-oriented mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer queries effectively.
- Professional communication skills via phone and email.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Minimum of 3 years’ Sales experience with demonstrated success in a print / publishing sales role. Corporate/ B2B sales; particularly to larger, more complex organisations or SaaS sales experience is very advantageous.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Leadership qualities to collaborate with team members on issue resolution.
- Analytical abilities to track job progress accurately.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
This is a permanent position
Hours of work: 37.5 per week (Monday to Friday)
