Accounts Executive

Your new role

As Accounts Executive, you will be joining an award-winning travel company on a permanent and full-time basis. As an important member of the finance team, your role will involve the management of Purchase Ledger. You will also be working alongside the Finance Manager with the preparation of monthly management accounts and audit work. This is an exciting opportunity for those seeking a role with career progression as there is scope for the role to develop into a senior position
What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven record of effective purchase ledger management.
• You will have excellent knowledge of the complete accounts payable cycle and full accounting cycle.
• Great attention to detail and experience managing supplier expectations.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• You must be adaptable and flexible with your approach to work.
• Fantastic good communication skills and great knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Exposure to management accounts and experience within the travel industry is desirable.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Access will be an added advantage.
