Responsibilities within your new role

The primary responsibilities entail supporting the organisation in managing work schedules, ensuring adequate resourcing for all projects, optimising team productivity, and meeting deadlines. Additionally, participation in forward planning sessions to identify resource needs or excess capacity is key. Duties also include organising agendas for client meetings, promptly delivering contact reports, and coordinating follow-up tasks for the delivery team and broader business. Onboarding new clients according to established processes and documentation is part of the role, alongside contributing to process enhancements and staying updated on evolving business and industry trends, particularly in emerging marketing avenues.

Your experience, qualifications and personality

We seek an Account Executive who is bright, well-organised, and inventive, ideally with a minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, though our client is open to considering less. This individual should relish the diverse challenges of an agency position and possess a passion for meticulously planning and executing work within budget and schedule constraints.
