The role:
- Responsible for achieving individual sales - related goals and fostering customer engagement.
- Responsible for achieving SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Bound) goals that collectively support the department's plan and promote exceptional customer service.
- Responsible for representing the Company at events and generating new business.
Responsibilities and essential qualifications:
- Deliver demonstrations and training sessions.
- Provide timely calls, emails, and comprehensive notes on the sales pipeline, managing them even after delivering demonstrations and training sessions.
- Raise brand awareness, generate new business, and network at events.
- Proactively work in alignment with departmental goals.
- Share best practices and customer feedback with the team and relevant departments to enhance the customer experience.
- Coordinate diaries with Sales and Customer Engagement Administrators.
- Effectively manage appointments and attend and contribute to team meetings.
- Comply with all Company policies, regulations, and laws, including GDPR, HR, IT, Finance, and Health & Safety.
- Behave in a professional manner that supports the Company values.
- Be willing to carry out any other reasonable duties as required by the Sales Manager.
