Position:Account Manager
Location: Dundee
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (Hybrid/Remote)
Salary: £22,500 - £25,000 + Commission
A market leader specialising in providing innovative advertising solutions to businesses are currently seeking a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager to join their team in Dundee.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand client needs and develop tailored advertising strategies
- Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the internal team to execute advertising campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Stay updated on industry trends and digital marketing best practices
Requirements:
- Previous experience in account management or a similar role
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proven track record of managing client accounts and achieving targets
- Knowledge of digital advertising platforms and trends
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
