The Account Manager role will include:
Take orders from customers
Help the sales team with ongoing enquiries
Deal with customer returns and orders for customers
upselling and cross selling products to existing clients
The Account Manager candidate must have:
Good customer service skills
Excellent telephone manner
Knowledge on social media platforms
