Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As we are a smaller company you would also be expected to perform some sales as well as seeing and speaking to existing clients. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our clients. Your strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and analytical mindset will be key in driving sales and achieving targets. Experience in sales or customer service is a requirement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
