Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an Account Manager to join their team.
In this role you will be based in their Coventry office, playing a crucial part in exciting projects. Working closely with the team,?you will manage a portfolio of clients, build relationships with customers, identify new business opportunities, site measures, and resource labour and materials. Each and every day will be different, however if you have a passion for customers, and speaking to people this could be the ideal role for you!
The ideal candidate will have a few years of account management experience, as a minimum 2 years. You will have good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively across the company. This role would be mostly suited to someone who has been on the tools, working in trades and labour who moved over to account management, quoting up jobs and winning work/leads.

The Role:
-Account Manager
-Managing a portfolio of clients
-Tender Submissions
-Growing your client base and building relationships with customers both previous and new
-Putting in tenders
-Achieving sales targets
The person:
-Construction background e.g. someone who has been on the tools such as a carpenter, electrician, multi skilled tradesman and has technical knowledge of how to price jobs up
-Full driving license
