Attega is working with a leading drainage company who offer robust maintenance programs for drainage, plumbing and pumps in their search for a field-based Account Manager covering the South East. We provide national reactive emergency coverage for a range of issues and technical diagnostic services, including drainage mapping, water testing, CCTV surveying, flows and loads analysis and site inspections.
Key responsibilities:
- Arrange and proactively participate in meetings with our existing customer base.
- Identify untapped facilities management opportunities within our current customer portfolio and seek referrals to facilitate portfolio expansion.
- Harness the power of LinkedIn and capitalise on referrals to discover fresh leads and enhance our customer base.
- Provide valuable insights on competitor activity to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee major projects to guarantee customer satisfaction and address any concerns that may arise.
- Aim and achieve KPI's provided in order to achieve targeted regional growth.
The ideal Account Manager would come from a drainage/FM/utilities background and will be proficient in undertaking a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at fostering customer relationships and driving portfolio growth as well as be highly organised, show initiative and time management skills, ensuring efficient task prioritisation and adherence to deadlines. They should also possess active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, enabling effective communication with clients.
In return, the Account Manager will receive the following benefits:
- A base salary of GBP35000, however this is negotiable depending on experience.
- Uncapped commission structure with an OTE of GBP70000.
