Account Manager - Business Travel

Account Executive: We have a fantastic role with a family owned Corporate Travel Management Company based in Hampshire as an Account Executive or an experienced Account Manager. The role will be managing smaller accounts maintaining and nurturing those existing relationships. They offer a competitive salary up to £45K depending on experience. This role is Hybrid between their office 3 days a week and home for the remaining 2.
Account Executive, Responsibilities:

• Develop a progressive relationship with clients
• Implement a business telephone review process for each client
• Monitor service performance against productivity metrics
• Provide meaningful policy recommendations to the client
• Develop customer focused solutions
• Coordinate regular update meetings, quarterly review meetings and annual review meetings

Account Executive, Requirements:

• Previous experience of working in a TMC or Airline as a Account Executive or Account Management support team.
• Business or leisure travel experience
• High level of communication skills
• Passionate and enthusiastic
• Negotiation and influencing skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

Additional Information:

• Office based in Hampshire, with the opportunity to WFH 2 days a week
• Paying up to £45,000 depending on experience
• Monday to Friday
