This role is responsible for a set of client accounts within a defined territory. It will be a mix of teams and telephone calls, so you will need to equally at home with both. If you provide consistent account support and development the renewal level is very high. So this makes the OTE very realistic.
The role would suit a consultative Account Manager with good listening skills and a commitment to superior customer service. This multi-functional role is very varied. Your customer base varies in size and longevity of contract and you need empathy to understand the key business motivators.

Key Responsibilities:
Understand customer strategy and objectives relevant to my clients needs.
Achieve monthly revenue targets on account renewals.
Proactively look to seek growth opportunities within your portfolio of accounts.
Achieve relevant KPI’s
Effectively manage customer contact levels through diaries.
Conduct Teams meetings with customers on account reviews and renewals.
Ensure customer requests, requirements, queries, and training requirements are met.
Provide feedback from customers to the business.
Accurately log all calls made on the internal CRM system.
Understand and communicate product updates to customers where relevant.
Participate in any training and take personal responsibility for own development.
Assist colleagues when necessary.
Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with customer support team to ensure overall success of the department.
