Our client is on the lookout for a dynamic candidate with a background in event management, music, luxury retail, hospitality, and/or account management. Based in the heart of Soho, you'll be an integral part of a growing team, managing client accounts and booking exclusive bands for luxury private and corporate events globally.
Responsibilities:
- Understand client visions, pitch creative music options, and manage bookings from A-Z.
- Coordinate logistics for events, ensuring seamless communication and top-notch service.
- Foster client relationships for retention and repeat business.
- Maintain up-to-date CRM and documentation.
Attributes:
- 2+ years' experience in music, event, or account management.
- Confident phone communication.
- Proven ability to handle a full workload and build strong relationships.
- Positive, calm, and patient attitude in a small team.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and flexible.
- Strong organizational skills and IT proficiency (Mac).
Desirable:
- Knowledge of music trends and band workings.
- Experience in luxury events or client account management.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
Details:
- Permanent contract, three-month probation.
- 25 days holiday.
- Central London office, Fridays work from home.
- Working hours: 10 am – 6 pm.
