Responsibilities:
As the National Fire Door Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and establishing enduring relationships within the fire door industry. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leverage your extensive experience in fire door sales to surpass sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to devise and execute effective sales strategies.
- Travel to various locations for critical client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Maintain meticulous records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you MUST have:
- Proven and specific experience in fire door sales.
- A stellar track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- A demonstrated willingness to travel for business meetings and negotiations.
Location and Work Schedule:
This is a home-based position company office located in Birmingham, with travel required for deal-making and essential meetings. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, providing flexibility for a balanced work-life arrangement.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from £22,000 to £27,000, depending on experience. In addition to the base salary, an uncapped commission structure is in place, offering an enticing 2% per sale. Some previous deals for the company have ranged from £3 million to £8 million. Last year's top earner billed £120,000 plus in commissions.
