Eco Recruitment Group are working with a fast growing and forward-thinking organisation to recruit an Account Manager Team Lead. As a Team Lead, you will be accountable for managing and growing existing relationships with the companies’ key clients, whilst leading a small team focussed on providing top customer satisfaction.
Required Experience:
- Experience in account management or a similar role
- A track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Knowledge of domestic appliances would be adventurous but not essential
Day to day responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify growth opportunities within key accounts
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
- Developing strategies to grow revenue
- Managing escalations and resolving issues
- Overseeing office tasks such as customer & client calls, bookings & emails
- Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services to clients
